Fine Art Tattooing
Every piece begins with a conversation — your story, your vision, your skin. Keir Wells creates permanent art that is as individual as you are, crafted with meticulous attention to line, composition, and meaning.
What I Offer
From delicate fine-line work to bold black compositions, every session is a collaborative process — beginning with your ideas and ending with art you'll be proud to carry.
Delicate, precise linework that captures elegance in simplicity. Ideal for minimalist designs, botanicals, script, and pieces that celebrate subtlety and refinement.
Bold, graphic compositions built on strong geometry and rich negative space. From sacred geometry to large-scale black pieces, every line is intentional.
Detailed, painterly work that brings portraits, landscapes, and narrative scenes to life on skin. Shading, depth, and texture rendered with care.
Transform old or unwanted ink into something new and meaningful. Strategic design and technique turn previous work into a refreshed canvas.
Every project starts with a thoughtful conversation. We discuss your ideas, placement, size, and timeline — then develop a custom design just for you.
Proper aftercare ensures your tattoo ages beautifully. I provide detailed healing instructions and offer touch-up sessions to keep your piece looking pristine.
About the Artist
I'm Keir Wells, a fine art tattooist based in Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania. My work lives at the intersection of traditional draftsmanship and contemporary design — every piece is drawn from scratch, tailored to the individual who will carry it.
I believe a tattoo should feel like it was always meant to be there. That means listening first, designing carefully, and executing with precision. No flash copies unless you ask for them. No shortcuts. Just honest, hand-crafted work that respects your body and your story.
Whether you're getting your first piece or adding to a collection, I treat every commission with the same dedication — because your skin is the canvas, and it deserves nothing less.

We discuss your vision in depth. I'll advise on placement, scale, and style to ensure the piece works beautifully on your body.
I create a one-of-a-kind drawing based on our conversation. Revisions are welcome until the design feels exactly right.

Client Words
Keir took the time to really understand what I wanted and turned a vague idea into something I couldn't have imagined on my own. The attention to detail is extraordinary.
I was nervous about getting my first tattoo, but Keir made the whole experience comfortable and easy to understand. The result is even better than I hoped — clean lines and perfect placement.
Keir did a cover-up on a tattoo I'd regretted for years. The new piece is stunning and completely transformed the area. I can't recommend him highly enough.

After the session, I'll provide detailed aftercare instructions tailored to your piece. Generally: keep it covered for the first few hours, wash gently with unscented soap, apply a thin layer of recommended ointment, and avoid soaking or direct sun during healing.
